2 coats. RBL's are amazing quality. Of course they are quite expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.
There's tiny little blue shimmer but it's more obvious in the bottle than when applied.

ReplyDeleteI don't own any RBL's, but I've seen nothing but good things written about their GORGEOUS polishes. I see them on their site for $18/ea. But, the bottles look HUGE. Are they on the big side or is it me?
